AI Assistant

The assistant calls the source-backed docs chat endpoint at /docs/chat. Configure DOCS_CHAT_API_BASE_URL, DOCS_CHAT_API_KEY, and the docs build scope (docsChatScope; DOCS_CHAT_SCOPE for the shared external build) before starting the docs site when exercising the chat against testing.
